As a Call Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of customer calls, making it a key aspect of our business operations.
Responsibilities:
Listen to call recordings using Ringba, evaluate the quality of customer interactions, and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular quality checks on customer calls to ensure they meet our established standards.
Manage and resolve any disputes with clients related to call quality, payouts, or service issues.
Keep track of successful calls, verifying and adjusting payouts to ensure correct compensation.
Prepare reports based on the data gathered from call analyses, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
Adjust payouts within Ringba based on performance metrics and client agreements.
