Our clients include several large firms here in the United States, including working with promotions related to people like Bill O'Reilly (huge fox news personality), Newt Grinwhich (former speaker of House), and many other top USA companies.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide timely technical support to our customers as 1 and 2 level of support on phone, chat, email.
  • Ensure best quality of the service provided for our clients.
  • Collaborate with development team on escalation issues.
  • Creating workflow for our customers.

Job requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Upper-intermediate/Advanced English level (written and spoken).
  • Understanding of IT terminology.
  • Working experience with CRM systems (we are working with Salesforce. HubSpot, Bitrix will be a plus)
  • Working experience with financial products.

Would be a plus

  • Strong technical background (Basic IT education will be a plus).
  • Experienced user in PC based computer systems or junior administrator.
  • Experienced user in bug tracking systems (Jira, etc.).
